A plain account of what the app stores and what you control.
Scope
This policy describes Stillcourt version 1.1.1, an architectural picture-composition app, and its accompanying website. It explains the records the app creates and the choices available to you. Contact details for this app are listed in the Contact section.

Your creative work
Your draft, saved studies, chosen scene references, captions, private study notes, scene notes, making-session phases, tried marks, private reflections and favorites are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. The app does not upload these records.

Settings
Stillcourt saves your reduced-motion preference and the last main destination so the workspace can reopen in a useful state. These settings remain with the app’s local records.

Accounts
The app has no sign-in or account service. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or an online profile to use the creative tools.

Network behavior
The Android app has no Internet permission and its creative content is bundled. Its creative workspace does not make network requests. Contact and website actions open an external email app, dialer or browser only when you choose them. Those apps handle their own connections and data under their own settings. Your private creative records are not attached or transmitted by these actions.

Permissions
Stillcourt does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, phone-call or broad photo and file access. Export uses the Android document picker, which lets you choose one destination for an image. The phone contact action opens the dialer with a number; it does not place a call automatically.

Image export
When you choose Export PNG, Stillcourt renders the current composition and opens the Android document picker. The exported image includes the visible artwork, title and caption. Private study notes, scene notes, session reflections and progress marks are not included.

Chosen destinations
If you save an export to a cloud-backed destination, that destination may transfer the file under its own settings and policy. Stillcourt does not select a cloud destination or send the image to a server itself.

Retention
Drafts, favorites and saved studies remain until you change or remove them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Files you explicitly export remain at the destinations you choose.

Delete and reset
Delete a saved study from Cabinet after confirming the action. Clear a scene note from its scene page; editing the field to empty also removes that note. Settings includes a separate confirmation to clear all local creative records. Android system settings can also clear the app’s storage.

Backup and device transfer
Automatic Android backup is disabled for this app. Stillcourt provides no cloud synchronization or recovery service. Keep exported images separately if you want a copy outside the app.

Analytics and advertising
The Android app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK or remote crash-reporting SDK. Stillcourt does not use an advertising identifier or build a usage profile.

Website storage
The accompanying website includes a small composition demonstration that runs in the page. It has no account form, tracking script or persistent demo storage. This description applies to the supplied website bundle.

Website hosting
The website address is https://monumentcleydael.pages.dev/, using a Cloudflare Pages address. When your browser requests the site, the hosting service may process connection and request information, including IP address, browser information and access time, to deliver and secure it. Website requests are separate from the app’s locally stored creative records.

Storage safeguards
Android app-private storage and atomic file writes help separate records from other apps and reduce interrupted-write damage. Stillcourt does not add encryption for your notes. Device security and backups you manage remain your responsibility.

Audience and personal information
Stillcourt is a general creative tool. Avoid putting sensitive information in captions, notes or exported images. The app does not operate a child account or collect information through registration.

Changes
A later app version or website deployment may change the implementation described here. Any revised policy should identify the changes and its effective date. This policy was updated on 22 September 2026 for Stillcourt 1.1.1 to include contact details and user-initiated external contact actions.
